Ertapenem is a carbapenem antibiotic that belongs to the beta-lactam class. It has a broad spectrum of activity against a wide range of gram-positive, gram-negative, and anaerobic bacteria. 

Meropenem Injection IP 500 mg is a carbapenem-class antibiotic that provides broad-spectrum activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including aerobic, anaerobic, and multidrug-resistant organisms.

Meropenem 1 gm injection is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat severe bacterial infections. It belongs to the carbapenem class and is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including some resistant strains. 

Indications

• Treatment of complicated infections such as intra-abdominal infections, pneumonia, and urinary tract infections.

Side Effects
